Although Patong doesn’t have its own airport, you can fly to Phuket Airport (HKT), which is located 15 miles from Patong. Phuket Airport is the most popular, with regular flights from AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines, Firefly and other airlines departing from Malaysia. The shortest flight to Patong from Malaysia departs from Kuala Lumpur and takes around 1h 25m.
