Pros:Friendly helpful staff. Prepaid for the rental, with no surprises at the counter. We had no issues at all.
Cons:Better back office support for the counter agents. A couple of customers were waiting and complaining about supervisors assistance and having to call the home office for problem resolution.

Cons:When I returned the car I was late (my fault) and the gas station along the way was closed. I returned the car with 78 miles and was charged 50$ claiming it took over 9 gallons to fill up. Then they triple charged me taxes on the daily charges and my couple hour mistake cost me over 160$. There really should be a half day rate for lates returns and not gouge me a full day at top dollar. My two day prepaid was 115$, my 2.5 hours was 160$....... and I’m a resident of Hawaii visiting another island to see my kids. Will not use them again lol
Pros:Staff was polite but took forever to actually get the car
Pros:The car was super clean and new. The customer service was really great, fast and professional.
Cons:Car was dirty. Pickup was impossible to find. People were rude.
Cons:They overbooked and did not have a car available when we arrived
Cons:Due to Covid-19 my flights were cancelled but despite calling several times never heard back from Advantage. And intend to receive a refund (which is I’m sure why I haven’t heard from them).
