Bangkok Air has been hit with the challenge of flying during COVID like everyone else. Still, they are early to get started again and offer normal services when possible. It is nice to have a lounge for all passengers vs. going to gate and sitting to stare out at planes.

Pros:Overall, the staff managed well the extra challenge of shutdowns and restrictions introduced by COVID. No complaints from me!
Cons:Honestly, Bangkok Air is one of my preferred regional carriers. "Normally" the food served is tasty, the plane is comfortable and the staff quite efficient. I have travelled a lot in my life and if there was a shortfall, would say so. Then again, I don't nitpick what professionals need to do to accomplish their jobs.

Should be better if they provide more decent snacks. Also my flight took off was delayed by 15 minutes. I'd like them to improve to more punctual timing.

Pros:Nothing much to like about the flight. The only good thing was the boarding process probably. The Airport Staff was helping people to get to the connecting flight.
Cons:A lot of things could have been better. Crew: The crew failed to maintain a peaceful experience for a few people. There were people playing movies/videos on speakers and the crew didn't ask the passengers to stop it. They ignored it. Flight: The biggest blunder the flight created was unloading 21 check-in bags in order to save on some fuel logistics. More than 12 hours passed since landing, and there's still no tracing available for the bag. No in-flight entertainment. Food: Food was decent. Good for a cheap flight.
