Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
Everything was efficient. Good leg room. Food was good. Staff were friendly.
I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

The flight who provided services on my row had some not-nice attitude and not smiling at all.
The flight attendants were unhelpful. It was a packed flight, and usually a flight attendant would help find a spot in the bin for your carry on or shift things around. Neither made any effort to do so. Also, I had to then check my bag. I was told it would be on the carousel in YYZ, but it came up on the jetway. So lucky I saw others standing around for their bags. I would have walked straight past this and on to the carousel. They could have at least told me that they had given me wrong information. Very unsatisfactory.
Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.
First flight was delayed taking off and delayed getting to gate when we landed. Therefore made the connection time very stressful. barely made it to the connecting flight. We were forced to check our carry on luggage. Then you lost one of pieces of luggage when we got to Detroit.
Overall good flight. The pilots were excellent. It was a nice flight, but the seats were a little uncomfortable.
Booked a united Air flight with option to pick seat , then found out was on an Air Canada flight with assigned seat , then they wanted a several dollar charge for some 25 cent value entertainment listening ear device
The free snack options are pretty pitiful for a 2.40h flight.
Basics were there, but a 5:15 flight with almost no food ans no entertainment, it is quite long.
Check-in was a little confusing. I paid for extra luggage, but when i checked in the system didnt seem to know. Arrived in Paris early after a late departure. Luggage arrived on the same flight with no apparent damage.
The next flight, Frankfurt to Washington, was the slowest most disorganized boarding and due to that flight was 3m min late and people missed connections
As usual, United scheduling is completely misleading. A 54-minute layover at O’Hare is too short to make a lot of connections, especially since the flight landed “on time” but had to wait on the taxiway 15 minutes for a gate to open up. Then it takes another 10 minutes to exit the plane before one can run to another concourse to catch a connecting flight.
I was in Business Class row 7 on a 787-9. Both times I didn't get my choice of food. Otherwise, excellent!
The flight was delayed and made the connecting flight a last minute dash across Vancouver airport.
Very comfortable aircraft -8320-200 airbus-even thru turbulence . Crew were not attentive. One drink and stale pretzels. Crew were not interacting or smiling with passengers.
Great service, friendly flight attendants. Boarding was easy. Food was airline food, nothing special but okay. Entertainment was great and overall experience really good. would fly with Air Canada again any time

The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.
There was a long delay on tarmac. The pilot kept us informed. The flight stewards were not entertaining or comforting. During the flight we received minimal service. Several food choices for purchase were not available at our seating of row 52. Only twice were we offered water for hydration. A half hour before landing teh pilot acknowledged that some passengers with connecting flights should tell flight stewards and they would help.. We had a connecting flight thand at should have had a 2+ hour layover and now would be less than 1 hour from departure. The flight attendant told us not to worry.. plenty of time. We did not get off the plane until after 6 o'clock. We are seniors (ages 74 and 72 ) and had to walk the length of the terminal to go thru customs and the length of the next terminal to departure gate for 6:30 a boarding call. We ran and were breathing hard and reached the departure gate by 6:50. We rate the flight stewards negatively...the pilot did his best.
Our Air Canada connecting flight to LAX was 45 minutes late which meant we could not make our flight from LAX to Aspen. Therefore we had to pay another $800 to get different flights so we would be home that day. So sick of late flights. Why have a schedule if you never abide by it?
Initially, my flight time was changed, which meant I couldn't make my layover. The email that indicated the change sent by Air canada was unclear and not detailed. When I called customer service, they eventually compensated for my overnight stay. Everything else was good. I appreciate that your booking agency sent me a reminder email, however the flight information was wrong, which made things more confused.
On time, boarding was quick. Leg room plenty, entertainment choice great. Friendly hosts too
