Flight was fine, 1st plane was a bit old entertainment, 2nd the display was freezing/ crashing every 30min. We had problems getting at gate and waited 2hr to get a gate in Toronto, then had a 90min mechanical delay at the next departure. Weather was bad and I’m just happy we didn’t get stuck.
Very nice Crew! Not much entertainment, but it was only a short flight, so it is okay for this flight.
The flight to PHL was cancelled. They couldn't find luggage. Long lines, staff was disorganized, didn't care. Luggage still not found.

I liked nothing about this flight nor the incredible lack of service and communication on this flight from the Captain to every staff member. Arrogant, entitled and lacking any kind of basic customer service
Everything should be better, terrible flight and airport service. Delayed for 6 hours, flying around for 1 hr, and keeping us on a plane for another 2,5 -3hrs.
Everything good except food! Much less appealing compared to trip from Canada to Asia…rolls and sandwich still semi-frozen, etc
I liked not paying for carry on and the compensation my husband and I received from the airline for overbooking our flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My flight from Mexico City to Boston would have been fine, had I taken it, but because the final leg of the trip from Toronto to Boston was cancelled, I decided to fly on another carrier out of Mexico City that offered me a non, stop-direct route. Prior to this, I received several emails and text messages from Air Canada in regards to their Toronto to Boston flight being cancelled and about a similiar flights that departed much later that evening or the following day from Toronto to Boston. I would have hoped that Air Canada would have offered to seat on AeroMexico, but they did not. I flew on AeroMexico from Mexico City to Boston (direct) and enjoyed a wonderful flight. I replied to texts Air Canada's about my situation, but got no response. I have asked to be considered for a partial refund from Air Canada for the missed portion of my flight that I took with AeroMexico. I have yet to hear back.
