Seats in "Premium Economy" were noticeably more comfortable than those in "Economy" and worth the price. My only reservation is that the foot rest did not go higher up. If it did, it would have made the seat much more comfortable.
Difficult to access advanced check-in online. No way to understand why it wouldn’t work. Call center not answering. Email for answers took days to respond, Kind service at the airport and on the flight made up for disappointing service before flight.
Attentiveness by crew was very good. The seats were uncomfortable seemingly too hard with inefficient cushioning. This was verified with my traveling companions. Also the incline button was inoperable.
A great flight experience - great seats, lots of ROOM for legs & in the aisle. Great attendants! My flight cost me the same as ZipAir, the website was WAY less confusing & wonky - this will be my 1st choice for my next Japan trip. Very pleased / well cared for.
The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Underpricer was terrible. They wanted to charge me $150 for a seat asignment. Kayak is responsible for letting this happen. Please let me know if this is going to happen in the future. If it is i will not use kayak in the future.
Checking in was hard because we had to enter our middle name with our first name and wasn’t told to. The representative from underpricer investigated it and called me back. We were very appreciative for him.
Too bad the plane didn't work after we taxied out to get in line for take-off. We went back to the gate and waited for almost 90 minutes for them to find a plane that worked. Waited another hour to board. When we got to Rochester we waited for over an hour for our bags to appear. The agent said they only had three people working to load and unload baggage. A one hour flight took an extra four hours. It would have been faster to rent a car at JFK and drive to Rochester.

Flight from SFO did not include entertainment as it was not working the entire duration of the flight. Was informed that there would be a $350 voucher for the inconvenience. Uncertain how the voucher will be provided.
The food options and quality could use some more excitement and variety.
Overall, very good. The food was better than expected with the exception of the pork and potatoes dinner at the end of the flight. My family all selected that dish and did not set it. I tried a bite also and it was honestly terrible. Also, it would be helpful to know when the snacks in the back of the plane are available.
On time boarding I would like to see ground hostess to help transit customers to direct them to the right terminal and boarding gate. Last night, all the transit customers on SQ484 arriving Singapore had to merry go round to look for terminal and boarding gate to board SQ128 transit to KL Malaysia. We went to Terminal 3 taking the Skytrain to T3 and back to T3 to get out to look for different Skytrain to T2. On arrival t2, we had to go round to ask which boarding gate to KL. We only had 5 minutes to make to the boarding time at 6:55pm but we already spent more than 30 minutes running around to find the boarding gate. We were late at the boarding gate.
Timing very good from sfo to Singapore and service was awesome and economy class seats are great overall very good experience thanks
Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.
The seats were more narrow than at other lines. Food was mediocre (economy class)
The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them

Horrible. No good food. Baggage missed to onboard and came after a day. No support to compensate the delay. Customer care cannot see the status of the complaint. No reply of the email.
Food was hood for airline food with good poftion and variety in meals. Frequency of beverage service was very low and amount of soda with meals was inadequate.

Meal options for vegetarians can be provided… Nothing was offered for me for dinner.. crew just said no vegetarian option available and did even bother to provide any alternatives or something to eat.
Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~
