The crew have great customer service but their economy seating isn’t the most comfortable for a 220lbs+ guy and the food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t exceptional, either.

The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.
My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.
Could not really fault anything. We had a really short time between flights (about 45 mins), and had to get across the other side of the terminal. But we made it and crew were helpful. Food was good and service for the kids was great.
On time, friendly staff and decent food. Would definitely recommend.
My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time.

Lost bag - again. No help from staff at Nice - they have a handling agent who does nothing No emergency kit Try calling BA - they eventually found the bag - now on later flight. Trying to get someone to help in the short term is impossible. If I am unhappy - then I have to log it on a website. The agent said he was only able to help with future bookings - not assist in the chaos BA had caused. IF YOU WANT SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - PICK ANYONE BUT BA. Personally - I'm joining ABBA (Anyone But BA) again.
The crew is extremely nice, genuine and just pleasant to be around. On multiple flights, I or other passengers had interactions with the crew that were above and beyond what is generally accepted from other airlines. I WILL fly BA whenever available from now on.
My flight was cancelled and I was rebooked onto 2 flights on American Airlines: one from Heathrow to Charlotte and then one from Charlotte to Tampa.
Pretty good flight in general. Connection in London was extremely slow. The security was slow and understaffed. It took 35 minutes to get through and it was not even crowded.
The crew was so unfriendly. Our (the last) section of the plane only got drink service once during an over 9 hour flight. When it come to the main meal service we only got a vegetarian option and where told the chicken option gone. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and lo and behold the whole crew were eating the chicken option.
Pilots seemed fine but one stewardess seemed crabby, but it was tolerable just didn't seem to be projecting a service attitude. I understand we all have those days. Return flight on 8/8/24 noticeable better / normal.

The boarding took about an hour the Flight was delayed about 40 minutes the seat, which I'd paid extra for was extremely cramped I will probably not fly with this airline again
Just fine. Could have done with a bigger snack - was just too mean to pay for one!
Flight was 2.5 hours late. Could not have made the connection in London, but later found out it had been cancelled. Getting reticketed in London for the flight to Geneva went well after I figured out what to do.
