Seat width can be a bit wider. not nice that they charge extra for the window seats. online check in can be greatly improved. in other words, their online interface is bad.
Seats were comfortable with excellent legroom. Meals were also quite good. The cabin crew were excellent and very helpful. The check-in experience was also very smooth.

Adding English subtitles to the Japanese movies and videos would have been very useful.

Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.
What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.
Flight were late each leg of the trip, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. Food was delayed and poor quality. Overall a bad e perience. I complained and was offered no offset or compensation.

Received an email the night before showing that there would be seatback entertainment on our flight. We get on and there was no seatback entertainment. And then it was a scramble to try to set up the iPads for the kids before takeoff so they could watch something for the four hour flight.
The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.
It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.

I was at the back of the plane with earphones, and I could still hear the chatty flight attendants; I wasn't able to sleep at all.
