Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
Not too happy with ground staff at Dubai airport. We had asked for wheel chair, and we were told to walk a long distance, poorly organised. And then at boarding to Mumbai flight wecwere treated rudely by the local Emirates staff forced to check in our cabin bags, we told them we were transiting.
Usually Emirates is my go to Airline on this flight: 1) All the crew seemed very inexperienced 2) Meal service for 7 hour flight was very slow - slowest I have ever experienced. 3) ONE flight attendant in economy serviced everyone on the left aisle in 2 cabins - thats 6 passengers per row (half the row) and over 30 rows of passengers. The others were no where to be seen. Thats pouring drinks and serving trays and offering options of meal and drinks for 180 passengers. by herself. In most flights it's 2 attendants per cart servicing one section. 4) Meal was not served till 3.5 hours later for some passengers at the back. 5) As a result only one meal was served even though the menu explicitly said 2. 6) Everyone was thirsty and starving 7) There were 2 loud crashes at the back galley 8) One passenger was out cold due to the sleeping tablets he had taken. The Flight attendants in their inexperience chose to try wake him up and create a situation where passengers were panicking and the passenger finally woke up and was annoyed. 9) They chose to wake up every sleeping passenger to feed them rather than move past the sleeping passengers. Do they know how hard it is to actually sleep on a plane?
I have a very good experience flighting with emirates. All my expectations were fit well.

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
Boarding in the bus was slow and extremely hot. The flight attendant in the area of row 21 was extremely rude and had the attitude of not wanting to be at work for the day. Emirates you can do better than this
Plane was old and seats uncomfortable but staff were friendly and helpful
I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.
The use of a domestic carrier without entertainment was disappointing and a let down
Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.
Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.
Good was great, but no vegetarian option: only beef or chicken. In business class please add a vegetarian option. Thanks
1. They messed up my baby food order. 2. They messed up my confirmed seats. 3. The screen on my seat was not working at all. So, it’s a horrible experience
The experience was amazing! Many thanks to the pilot who informed us that we were passing mt Kilimanjaro and we had the chance to see it !
I like the leg room. I did not like the plane from Chicago to Addis. It was dirty and smelly and toilet area filthy. My screen was not working and kept saying loading. The plane from Addis to Harare was clean , more modern and food looked much fresher and tasted better. Boarding at Addis was a nightmare, long queues and lots of confusion,International space has no seating are and one is standing all the time.
Movie channels was great. Air hostess could be a little more caring
I still cannot find my luggage. I need my luggage.
