The experience of the flight. The food options have definitely gone down

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

Superb check in, lounge, boarding and flight experience. On time departure and before time arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

I see I gave my review for this flight on my flight Zürich to Dubai rather than Dubai to Singapore.

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

Food option Hindu veg to Hindu non veg request was unheard

They made 22 hours aboard aircraft very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of service. Singapore airline will be my preferred choice going forward.

The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.

My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them

A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. It would be great to have 3 meals.

Overall good experience, convenient Changi Airport, even the layover was long.

Good airlines, travelled 🧳 n Singapore multiple times and experience is consistent

Singapore Airlines from Mumbai was late, we were rerouted to Copenhagen and then to Los Angeles. As senior citizens, we should have been given a hotel voucher for a night and fly out the next day. I hope Singapore Airlines should give us a credit in good faith if they want us to fly with them. I doubt it, but you never know.

Overall good. Food choice in business class is a concern as same dishes on every flight for months. Crew is great and seats on this sector were fine . They need to have more variety in dining

Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.

Delayed my flights and no communication. We end up spending 6 hrs in Doha. No food or any concern from the airline. Terrible

Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable

Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.

Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).

Don't be afraid if you board an Oman Air Airbus A330 - it will take you to Colombo and not Muskat. The Aircraft is leased by Qatar Airways ;-)

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

The checking line was very long , when checked the bags and got the boarding pass but moved fairly fast . The boarding line was long and the ground crew didn’t provide priority to kids boarding . But the air crew on the plane were very nice and polite . Too bad my daughter’s table try was broken which made the trip less enjoyable.

The economy seats are small and crowded, but overall the food was very good, cutest little gift bags also! Crew was very nice and professional. Everything was clean.

Good food and wine. Some of the Guy who are in charge to board Passengers on the plane couldn’t use the word “Please” to direct them drop their hand luggage to be loaded on Plane bcos he said the inside storage may not have enough room for all.

Pretty standard for long haul international flying. Food was fine, tv/movie selection was great, wifi did not work at all, crew was pleasant enough.

Very bad from ISTACC leg of flight specifically the seats. These seats are for economy not for Business class. I suppose when flying to a third world country you can fly any craft and no one questions it. I was very disappointed for that leg of the flight. This needs to change.

My checked bag did not get loaded on the aircraft in Istanbul. Other than that, the flight was smooth, on time and the crew was friendly, efficient, and professional.

You need to weight all bags together because we were 2 and we allowed 4 bags plus hand carry and personal items. We trying to saved bag like we put our stuff in 3 bags so we don’t have to carry more bags and airline also save space time less bags less work. We had only 1.6 kg over and we requested crew he said it’s airline policy that you need separate bag that’s ruined our mod and carry that suit in our hand in plastic bag he didn’t understand that we have less bags that make sense if we brought over luggage then it’s problem. I think if you guys change your policy and weight all together that will be good

The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.

Likes: on time departure, new plane Didn’t like:very poor quality food, very limited entertainment.no amenity kit etc.

Boarding catastrophic let alone have to claimb the plain rather than using jetway. 5.5 hr delay leaving had to do stop in Lgw for a new crew which further compounded the delay. Connecting flight would not wait and had to pend a night in a hotel. Curiously my seat would not go full flat.

Good. The food was very bad. Except for the chicken rice, rest of the dish went to trash.

The flight was delayed which cause me to miss my connecting flight in AbuDhsbi airport.

Only 1 time food and drinks together was offered, for total 5 hours duration drinks and snacks was never offered. For some people food choice was not available, only veg was available. No entertainment option was there. Crew members were mostly back of the flight asking each other for KitKat and chips to share between them.

Etihad flight sector is a local . .give the same quality upto destination

Online was good boarding also but a child was crying all the way with no intervention from crew member.

Crew were very polite and quicker in service. Excellent cooling, comfortable seats and tasty food served

The staff was very nice and polite but it was very very hot and no ways to have some fresh air. It would be nice to have more time to sleep since it was a night flight

One thing is very important is you people not giving seat arrangement together to couple, senior citizen. You have to take care of senior citizen. Do not look about money. Money is not important everywhere. Make relationship strong is very very important. I like Etiyad air line out of all air line. Food was hot and delicious. Air hostess gave very good service, nice attitude, very good behaviour. I gave 10 out of 10 marks. Thanks Jivraj
