Poor flight aircraft very old Crew was friendly 1 person though
everything was great. I don't use on-board entertainment at all (I just read or sleep), but I appreciate that I couldn't hear anyone else's!
Enough vegetarian food was not available on the flight for all vegetarian guests on the plane. Crew did not adequately handle this experience
Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.
We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class

More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
