There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.

There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.

I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.

Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.

Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.

Great ride! arrived safe and sound. Everything was great altho its still uncomfortable seats too small space to pass through in.

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connection. American Airlines did nothing to compensate us and they lost 2 out of 4 of our checked baggage. They have not returned inquiries into customer service and have not offered us compensation. Terrible.

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Food was satisfactory, movie monitor not working. Other than that on time and pleasant crew.

They were two hours late!! Threw everything else planned off.
