I appreciated the increased legroom available in economy. This was one of the main reasons we chose the airline. Overall, the good value and I would fly again.

I stopped flying with United back in the nineties. Today's experience reminded me of why.

ANA was fine. LAX has some major problems. I needed a wheelchair and BKK and Narita were very good. I do have to remember NOT to tip in Japan. LAX however, was poor. first the attendant wasn't able to push me. The next person left me stranded in several locations. They would just leave me where ever they felt like; No logic to these locations. finally when we cleared immigration, they (there were several people who didn't seem to care about their job) left me in a large room with a baggage carousal. I tried to locate my luggage to no avail. meanwhile my connection was getting closer. I finally talked with Emir from ANA and he showed me to my carousal which was located a few rooms away from where LAX personnel stranded me. Emir also found a good wheelchair attendant to take me the rest of the way. Without Emir from ANA, I would still be stranded, given the amount of care shown by the first wheelchair attendants.

We have had better ANA experience. The crew are friendly.

Seat width can be a bit wider. not nice that they charge extra for the window seats.

I was very happy with my flight on ANA. The crew were excellent and very helpful throughout the flight. The food was also very good. The seats were comfortable and had excellent legroom. The headphone jack position was annoying, but that is a minor nitpick. The movie selection in the IFE was good, but the TV selection was lacking. Adding English subtitles to the Japanese movies and videos would have been very useful.

Seats had more space than expected. No recline, that is good.

Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe

Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever and no wifi. Prepare to disembark by a staircase.

Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.

The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.

Moved seats, didn't accommodate requests to change seats even though other seats were available.

Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).

Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.

Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing 777 more room and smoothly flight, I Love it

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

Boarding process is one of the worst i have ever seen. Poor planning and lack of experienced staff is vert apparent. Seat changes till the last minute was an added stress to the process.

Business class: Like: food selection presentation Staff on the airline Love: lounge in Istanbul Needs major improvement: attitude of reception at Istanbul lounge: 4 of them sitting there: inattentive and then rude. They do not fit with rest of Turkish hospitality!

The checking line was very long , when checked the bags and got the boarding pass but moved fairly fast . The boarding line was long and the ground crew didn’t provide priority to kids boarding . But the air crew on the plane were very nice and polite . Too bad my daughter’s table try was broken which made the trip less enjoyable.

Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again

Very poor! It was too hot! It smelled. The food was nasty. The bathroom sink to wash hand was barely working. The tray table was broken. Everything was just wrong!

My seat was broken and unable to fully recline. My USB power point was not working and nor was the one next to me. It made a 12 hour flight feel a lot longer.

We found the bag drop/ check-in proceedure at T5 unnecessarily complicated. We paid extra for seat selection in advance and were allocated worse seats at T5. We found the check-in person was not particularly helpful although the the staff at the gate were super good.

1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy

I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here. The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

We already had a five hour layover in London, and then they cancelled our flight about half hour before we were due to board. They wouldn't give us access to the lounge and hanging around the extremely busy terminal for another three hours until our next flight was crappy. 8 hours in a busy terminal is awful. The least they could have done was give us access to one of their quiet, comfortable lounges for the inconvenience. I heard from others that they do this a lot -- cancel these short flights if they're not completely full. When we got onto the next flight it was absolutely packed and uncomfortable. Just very disappointing. British Airways used to be a great airline to fly with, but it doesn't feel that way at all now.

the old seats really need to go. they are not comfortable and outdated by many years. I waited over 40 minutes for my bag, unacceptable!

Pretty disappointing. Paid for business class. It was burning up the entire flight. For a 7 hr flight, after the first few hrs. The crew disappeared. Poor service.

No gate was assigned until 5mins before boarding so left us running to find it. Then over 2 hours on runway. First due to weather, which was understood, but then over 1 hour for something that wasn't really a problem. Poor communication between ground control and flight crew. The flight crew was wonderful. British airways will be on list of airlines to travel again.
