Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer
staff are super nice and effiecient! It was a very comfortable and relaxing flight
When I booked a premium economy ticket. I then had to pay $100+ to book my seat.
Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.
I was ordered vegetarian food, but didn't services to me :(
I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

Change cabin crew assisting business class. Not taking care, ignoring requests and calls. Never had such an experience in business class.

We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
Did not have enough time from Venice seaport at Ravenna to get to Venice airport in order to make the scheduled flights. Need to have at least 3+ hours from ship docking to airport.
Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks
