Very poor ! Latam is really excellent in mistreating its premium passengers and their family. They should go out of business for good.

Please guy check the food I almost end up to the hospital

Flight never happened because of previous flight delay. Sent back to the stays on a flight 10 hrs later without making to my final destination and still waiting full rugindo for it. So yeah not a good experience

The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.

The crew was super friendly and respectful, they made me feel well all the fly , thanks delta

No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)

The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.

My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.
