Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.
The seats were more narrow than at other lines. Food was mediocre (economy class)
Food option Hindu veg to Hindu non veg request was unheard
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.
The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.
Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them
A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. Please make it 3 meals.
The flight was delayed hours and most flights from CS are always delayed. Plane was efficient and got us home but not the best food and no entertainment system at all.

It was great. The staff were so nice and helpful the food was great and they always made sure I was okay. As a foreigner I was worried about the language barrier but it was absolutely no issues. I highly recommend
Crew: Everybody was polite. People just need to get efficient and less reworking things. Entertainment: Could have move movies and games. The “music” section is a joke, only ONE available. Food: The food provided on the flights boarding in china needs a serious reworking. Too much oil, bad for your stomach, tastes too artificial and the eggs were a giant mass of green dough.
We were diverted to Chengdu, because of bad weather and finally made it to Chong King about 7 hours later
No wheelchair service at all ( I did request that service and also purchased the priority assistant bundle) , what a waste of money
Never got the wheelchair service when my parents arrived at LA . My mom was 74 , also my dad was 84 years old, both don’t speak English. I double checked with the front desk at Phoenix airport, making sure that they will be taking care of.
Food was terrible. Fish was equal to a sausage and scrumbled eggs were terribly green with a quite weird fllavour. Everybody with me hated all options. The best food was the bread with butter.
Pros: "The flight was delayed slightly, but the gate agents kept us informed of the situation and did a fine job of being clear and transparent. In the end, we boarded about 20 minutes late, but still arrived early in Shanghai. Crew was lovely. All the on-board announcements were clear. The music was soothing. The food (which I was not expecting, given the fare, was better than I expected. Mediocre, but not bad. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to fly them again."
Pros: "Gave blankets and pillows for the flight, had a little snack box (but was all carbs). Plane is 99% Chinese and they are not super welcoming, kind of rude and it’s a little uncomfortable."

The flight isn’t great, as the plane has faulty with light and noise. It blinks and make noise for 8hrs non stop! Causing health and sensory issues! Causing Hazard matter to all 3 babies that on bassinet seats. This matters affected 12 passengers and the most horrible flight I ever experience. Have been flying with MAS for more 30yrs and this is the worst! Very disappointed
AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.
Did not take as cancelled 3 time so took another airline
It was a 2-hour flight so they didn't have much time for serving food. There was some turbulence so they could not serve hot coffee or tea for the safety reason. Good service, good tasting food, nice plane, a little bit of delay.
The IFE is quite unconvenient if using our own device. Not all passenger brought their own earphone/headphone.
Ok, but legspace on MH0127 from Kul to Per was too small. It was not possible to tilt my seat which I don't understand because the seat in front of my could do it. So I didn't rest on the flight. Also, the crew was probably understaffed because it took very long time to take trash after the meal. Everything very different from the flight with Malaysian Airlines from London to KL.
Service / food has to be much better. Staff were not very attentive to requests. Requested for a second serve of coke and got a weird look back from the host! Was also told they don’t have extra water bottles when I requested for one before sleep! Dinner time food was very minimum and average.

chaos boarding. Crew in business class seemed short staffed and lacking in attention to details initially, but did improve during flight.
The cabin was quite noisy as there were lots of children travelling for the school holidays. Found the selection of movies limited.
Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.
Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works

We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.
Boarding was not accordingly after front seat, bmf then back seat. This delayed for at least 40mins or more. The staff at Jakarta can do better. Is chaos at the entry to board the plane. This tarnished Scoot reputation when everyone was talking about it.
The crew was not customer oriented at all, even confrontational . The aircraft needs more attention to detail as far as comfort, and the 1 hour sitting at the gate with no air is inexcusable
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT
Was on scoot plus. The only good thing about the flight was the spacious seats. Tables and armrests were extremely dirty Food: bad Entertainment: non existent Wifi: unable to connect, then was painfully slow that we couldn’t even send messages Good thing we had a night flight, so we just slept throughout.
