Food could have been better. Too many passengers getting up and down all the time.
It was very good experience on board to Sydney with SQ.
It was an average flight. I would have expected more from this airline. Food, seats, service, etc was just average. I just give them some extra points for offering free WiFi on board with just a Krisflyer account.
The food options and quality could use some more excitement and variety.

Really enjoyed the flight. Our flight attendant on the way back SIN-LAX was exceptional I didn’t get her name but she was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had a bit of a panic attack and she checked on me a few times to make sure I was ok. Really appreciated her attention and service. Thank u
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
Need to improve the availability of the food. Seems like everything sold out
Did not like that we were not informed about the 4 hour delay, crew not friendly, noone at terminals to consult with...all employees for Batrik were behind glass aftervgoing through security at the gate again. Why no agent at Gate H 10 to answer questions? And no apology. Updates would have eased anxiety. Boarding is disorderly also.
During this flight all the crew just focused on making money by selling food and drinks. There was only one washroom open. And it really smelled bad and wasn’t usable. Even to watch something onboard entertainment u have to rent headphones pathetic airline but only one with direct flight so pretty much the only option from Karachi to KL
Delayed for 3 hours, need to pay extra for drinking water.
The OD2204 KUL-LGK was delayed 40 minutes due to air-condition malfuntion, after inspection the technician give green light for the flight to go as usual but the air-condition is still not working properly, passengers complaining to the stewardess but they cannot do anything, I did tweet to @malindoair to complaint but no reply from them … hope this Batik Air is not having problem like Rayani Air and I do hope the management do respond to my complaint as well
Nasi lemak was horrible. Plain white rice, tasteless sambal, no cucumber, no kacang, no ikan bilis. And the chicken was colourless and tasteless, tasted like boiled chicken. Entertainment system didn't work at all.
2 delayed flights - hotel layover in a different country- lost baggage.
Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets.
You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.
