Cons:Avoid this place. Awful location in the middle of the port and fish market (which is clearly evident by the smell). The room was tiny with a horribly bright light shining directly into the window all night. The owner was nice enough and the only saving grace was the free airport transfer. In general, avoid staying in Stone Town.
