Cons:They need to get some new bikes. The ones they have are in minimal condition. This was also true last year. We ended up renting better ones from the hotel next door.

Pros:staff very nice and laid back, which made it all about my vacation experience. the hotel was away from the what I call the congested areas which made late night sitting out on the beach the best. they have enough parking for all the guest so you don't have to go looking for off site parking if you return late. cute availability of snacks including wine in the small lobby and I made daily use of the taffy which they kept filled in a Jar on the desk :). they have free use of bike for about an hour but we brought our own but their bikes looked great. I didn't see one pigeon at this hotel, the balcony was clean and we were able to sit out side that was two thumbs up for us. lovely dinner attached to the hotel very small, but the crab cake and coconut cream cake are not to be missed. Over all my husband and I would book again at this hotel, they got it right with hospitality.
Cons:this is an old hotel so if you are looking for modern don't come. the pipes are noisy. there is no safe in the room, the mattress is just passable. bathroom is small but if you live in a Tiny house this will seam large to you. one small elevator with old carpeting, so if a guess is bringing in a clothing cart to go to 5th floor you will either have to wait or take stairs, (stair cases are locked with your room key)
