Pros:Beach view was nice. It had a fridge and microwave. Close to a jet ski and food spot.
Cons:No coffee pot or coffee maker, internet was spotty and cut out every few days. Facility is old and a tad deteriorated. Concerns for vandalization/safety. Toilet broke, by then I was just done. Pool needs cleaning

Cons:Appliances need an upgrade. Old microwave, tv, etc. AC Unit, although supposed to be adjusted manually, it can only be turned off. Ran out of hot water. Jacuzzi doesn’t work. Great friendly staff and location.

Pros:Beautiful pool and hot tub with a great view. Pool cleanliness not yhe best.
Cons:King size bed i think was two twin beds put together. Common areas were nice enough, but the rooms need updating. My room had a do it yourself paint job on the furnature with a CRT 15" television. Additionally all the ice machines were out of service. Guess you get what you pay for with a cheap waterfront room. Generally tolerable.

Pros:Good location on the beach front Next to Shirley's Coffee Shop which has great food
Cons:VERY poor maintenance of the property, for my room: - the lightbulb on the desk didn't work - the AC was dripping water onto the floor - the queen bed was put together with two UNEVEN single beds - the TV was from the 80s - Wifi was so slow, almost unusable, and guests had to get a new passcode from the hotel frontdesk every day, excuse me?! Usually I'm a "you get what you pay for" guy, but this "hotel" is absolutely NOT worth the money. Will never come back again. (To set the right context: I'm a frequent traveler, staying 200+ nights at hotels every year. And I have been to Guam three times, each time staying at different hotels.)

Pros:The lacation and Oceanfront view was nice.
Cons:Everything else..... Room was dirty, no microwave hairblower or coffee machine. All furniture was old and broken.Matress was old dirty and broken. Bedsheets were torn. Bathroom was Old and dirty. Roomservice was bad. No operational service phone. Old TV with bad picture quality. Hotel had a bad smell of bugspray. Walls in hotel were dirty and faded. Amendeties were all out of service. Gym was closed. Pool water was dirty. I can go on and on.............. Overall horrible.

Pros:Staff was great overall hote is like a motel. Tv is still like a boc tv. Its 2016. Needs upgrade of hotel very poor looking but expensive ao thats rip off price with the condition of hotel.
Cons:Room and hote i did not like. It was like a motel and bery very old condition looking rooms.
