10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Beautiful dining room overlooks the water. Breakfast buffet, included, is ample and delicious. I get a cappuccino and a pot of coffee every morning because they do both so well. Dinners here are awesome! The room is large, with beautiful modern design tile floors. I'm told each room has a different tile pattern. Balconies face either the park or the ocean--you can't go wrong.
Cons:I almost always have a complaint or two but this time . . . I got nothin'

Pros:It was described as a 5 star hotel I don't know acording to which standards, because I will not have given it more then 1 and a half star, the view is amazing and the gardens are beautiful the service was fine but the hotel has not been updated in years I know it's protected because of its famous designer and architect but the comfort meaning furniture and amenities are not up to any standards that makes it 5 stars. The Towels and bed linen where not soft or smelled fresh the room products where mediocre and the breakfast was stail and not impressive. Will not recommend it.
Cons:Sorry Parci de Principi but you have a lot to work to do to be 5 stars.
