Pros:Very good beds, staff very helpful, location excellent if you want to be near ballard shops and...the best part is the opportunity to use the olympic athletic club across the street.
Cons:It is a noisy street, rooms are very small and sharing a bathroom brings back dormitory style living

Pros:Everything! The room was very clean! The decode is very cute and modern. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definently stay again! The bathrooms are shared but very clean and stocked with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. There are a lot of cute shops and nice restaurant s within walking distance.

Pros:Extremely clean rooms and facilities, comfortable, very friendly helpful staff, great location
Cons:Thought it was a little pricey considering that the shower and washrooms are shared with multiple rooms. Felt more like a boutique hostel. but everything was extremely clean and well kept.

Pros:Ballard Inn was kept very clean. The staff were very helpful with making the reservation and suggesting restaurants and parks to check out. The location was perfect if you wanted a great experience in Seattle. Lots of great restaurants in the area to eat and drink at (Ballard Annex Oyster House, Stoneburner, Bastille, Café Fiore...I could keep on naming places). Great location to catch the public transportation if you are looking to check out downtown or other areas like Fremont and Green Lake. I would definitely suggest staying at the Ballard Inn to anyone I know.

Pros:Location was great, access to olympic club is excellent.
Cons:I feel like it needs to be emphasized that the bathrooms are shared and not attached to rooms, I'm sure that it was mentioned in the description, but that has never been a detail that I have specifically looked for, so I must have missed it.

Pros:Good bed 'n breakfast without the latter. Very clean and homey. Late night street life adds to the ambience of the Ballard experience. Will stay there again.

Cons:The sports club across the street is great to have access to, but you can hear the classes being taught. Fortunately, there was a fan we turned on for white noise and we didn't hear the 6:00 am class. That's the only downside.
