This hotel was under construction and that was not disclosed at booking or prior to our arrival. Hearing jackhanering all day was not fun.

We were 2 friends traveling together. The hotel is very nice. We had a large room with 2 double beds - which is what we requested. The beds are comfortable but they are very high - you almost need a stool to get onto the bed. We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room! The hotel is downtown close to shopping.

Pros:The room was clean and charming. White linens. All very nice.
Cons:We asked for coffee in our room and it was delivered. A Keurig with less than quality coffee and not too much of it.

Pros:The Canary is a beautiful hotel with amazing service. The valet team was incredible, they were so fast and there were multiple times that I left something in my car and they would grab it for me to have it delivered to my hotel room. The entire staff was very accommodating and we had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is also ideal. Very easy to walk around to the different shops, restaurant and bars.

Pros:The location was good.
Cons:The hotel was very noisy and only moderately clean. There was mold in the bathroom and several spiders in the room. The bed was also unomfortable.

Pros:Atmosphere is nice. Romantic. Room is cozy. Location is by far the best thing. So close to State street. 10 min to anywhere worthwhile.
Cons:A bit noisy in the room. Rooftop is cute but small. Pool and jacuzzi is small.

Pros:Ian at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. He went way out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us a fantastic recommendation for dinner. The valets were extremely pleasant, willing to help and attentive
