Mi son loves the pool, but last time needs more clean

Room wasn't ready for 5 hours after I checked in. Was told I would get a text when it was ready, which I did not. I called after 5 hours of waiting and they said "it litterally just became available you should recieve your text msg any moment." One hour later, no text msg, so I called to get room info (they gave me the keys when I checked in and said they would text what room to go to). When I got to the room the keys wouldn't work. I called the front desk from the hot steamy hallway we were in with all our luggage. Wrong keys given, said they would rush them up to our room where we were waiting and after 15 min I finally went down to the front desk to get them. A/C didn't work. The restaurant called the Purple Parrot inside the casino was AWFUL! Absolutely the worst experience! Wish I had not wanted to give another Casino a chance. I will continue to stay at the Peppermill and tell EVERYONE I know to never stay at the Atlantis!

Are check in was fast and people in the front desk are very friendly. Room was clean, but for some reason the temperature in the room was hot, specially at night. To the point that it was hard to sleep. Employees from the Parrot restaurant were rude. We spend there a couple days and sadly it was disappointed that all the time that we eat there it was the same attitude from the waitress.

Pros:The hotel was awesome arcade & the outdoor and indoor pool was amazing for the kids food was delicious too.
Cons:The employees were all rude except the bell hop man Mr Chad but from the check in clerk to the manager at the purple parrot were all rude and seemed racist honestly I’m a veteran came with my kids to celebrate Fourth of July by a old base of mine NAS Fallon and to celebrate my daughters birthday wish she lived the pool and arcade just wish employees made it better
