10.0 Wonderful
The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were uniformly warm and attentive. Facilities (elevators, water pressure, number and placement of outlets, etc.) were all great though we did not try the pool. There was no night light in the bathroom, but there is a plug and we always bring our own. We did not find an ethernet port in the room but the WiFi was so good we didn't need one. The in-room coffee maker latch was broken but we found we could squeeze it closed for a brew cycle. Overall excellent experience! We look forward to our next visit.

10.0 Wonderful
My otherwise excellent room had an air conditioner that insisted upon noisily starting and stopping its compressor all night. Even with the "Fan" set to constant on, the cycling was a little hard to get used to the first night of our stay. There was a little noise from the hall or other rooms, but not much, and no noise whatsoever from the interstate adjacent to the building. The room felt remarkably clean. Water pressure and temperature were constant, and what little interaction I had with staff was always pleasant and fruitful. I would have preferred an additional exit from the parking lot. The only exit was to a one-way street adjacent to the interstate. At least half my forays involved looping around the block just to start towards my destination.

Pros:Clean, great staff.
Cons:Blinds in room don’t entirely darken the room. I traveled with 2 other women, so mirror space was important. We used the full-length mirror to blow dry hair while another was using the shower. A light over the mirror would’ve been nice.

Pros:The accommodations were exactly what I would have expected for the price. The room was clean, the AC was nice and cold, the bed was comfortable.
Cons:There was a lot of noise from other guests, not just in the hallway but from their rooms as well. The walls seemed paper thin. It was after midnight by the time the noise died down enough for me to sleep. I was woken at 3am by someone screaming and yelling down the hall. When I called to the front desk they informed me that the police were on there way up. After more yelling and screaming the offenders were removed by the police. Overall, no sleep made the experience the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Pros:The room was very well appointed, and extremely clean. The hotel's employees were consistently among the most pleasant, helpful people I've come across in any hotel anywhere.
Cons:I would prefer the restaurant having a bit broader menu.
