Pros:I really enjoyed breathing in all the mold off the walls. I appreciated spending an additional $37 in cleaning fees to stay in a completely dirty room. The floors were filthy and mini fridge had old food and drink stains. Not to meantion the 3am wake up call from someone being attacked right outside the room and thinking that my girlfriend and I may not live through the night. But I really like the lack of customer service when I didn't even stay the 2nd night and after telling them this they would not refund the money I spent since I was extremely unconvinced to find another hotel to stay at the rest of my trip. If you don't enjoy a good nights sleep and want to risk the life of you and your loved ones then this would be the hotel to choose.
Cons:I also did not like the fact that our room looked like it had been broken into before because the door frame was pride away from the wall and you could see in from the hall. The hookah bar next door that plays extremely loud music until all hours of the night. And lastly the amazing drug dealers that ask you every couple of minutes if you want "party favors" and heckle you and your loved one with inappropriate remarks. This area only brings the dirtiest of dirt balls and should have listened to the cab driver on the way over when he asked if I "packed a gun."

Pros:The hotel staff was very accommodating and more than willing to go the extra mile when presented with the opportunity.
Cons:We were without hot water for 3 of the nights and that's just not acceptable. I'm not one to write a bad review and I typically give the benefit of the doubt but we weren't offered anything to make up for the gross discomfort.
