Pros:The place is convenient to the metro and airport bus. The room was clean and comfortable with fridge, sink, and bed. Staff was nice.
Cons:The shared bathroom was full of mold. Every surface has visible mold including tile, door, wall, shower curtain, and ceiling light. The exhaust fan was so clogged with dust that it certainly doesn't pull out most air.

Pros:Good value for price. Excellent location, close to many main attractions and areas. We were attending Comic Con and it was an $8-$11 Uber ride to and from the hotel to Palais de Congres. Room 1 was large, clean, included private bathroom (SMALL) but two other bathrooms accessible on same floor. Hotel smoke free (important for us due to allergies). Room 1 faced the street and was fairly quiet, considering. Be prepared for sirens but not much other noise. Bakery on the corner, across from Couche Tarde, drug store. Not far from Tiim Horton's, grocery store. Free parking but you have to leave keys at front desk so that vehicle can be moved in your absence (not a big deal for us). DND/no housekeeping requests honoured. Wifi password readily available and wifi speed was acceptable. Fridge and microwave in room and worked well.
Cons:Rooms lack independent temperature controls so a fan would be a nice addition. Building is not accessible (requested main floor which was granted but there are at least 10 steep stairs to the front door). Kind of grungy exterior. Special requests for extra toilet paper, towels and pillows were not fulfilled prior to arrival. Extra key for Room 1 would be nice because we shared a room and had to worry about which couple would be back first (minor complaint). A list of channels (English and French) would be helpful. Would prefer a telephone closer to the bed, not attached to the wall by the door. Would like lamps to be plugged in prior to arrival (we spent too much time trying to figure out why they weren't working lol).

Pros:The room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is also a small dining table so that you can have breakfast in the room ( they bring breakfast in) Facility is a bit old, but still clean. Staff are nice and also helpful.
Cons:It does not have elevator, so if you have room at the top floor, you need to climb long stairs which is not very convenient for the seniors. The wifi at room seems not working. I haven't been able to connect into the internet
