When I checked in they put me by a room next to the hotel bar. I asked to be moved and it took over an hour. The room they moved me to didn’t have hot water in the bathroom faucet and the TV remote didn’t work. I would not recommend this hotel.

Cons:Pictures online make it look very nice but they are deceiving. Upper pool is very small and you have to pay for a chair. If you want a free chair you have to go around back of elevator and you can’t even see the pool. Lower level pool is beautiful BUT it is totally in the shade all day. The pictures posted are from the main building but they have 2 other buildings, which is where we stayed, which looked much more run down. Bathroom was so small, there is only room for your toothbrush near the sink. The ice machine is outside, we were on third floor so very inconvenient. The walls are super thin, need I say more about that. Food at restaurants was good but service was poor.

Pros:Room upgrade was great! Super friendly staff. Dezel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Front desk, housekeeping, bellmen, and restaurant staff really make this place enjoyable to stay at. Will definitely come back and definitely recommend. Thank you!
Cons:Rooms and hallways need a bit of a facelift. Hallways and rooms have musty smell . AC does not function well.

Pros:I usually enjoy this hotel an any other from their group, but i will not use the South Beach group anymore.
Cons:My car was damaged while under the care of their valet service. The car presented in a way that would hide the damages from us when it was time to pick it up.

Pros:The hotel was in a good location and included beach chairs with the rooms.
Cons:There was loud music playing at the restaurant next door 24 hours a day, the staff was disorganized and assigned us a room that already had people staying in it. The rooms keys NEVER worked, we had to get new keys at least 7 times during our stay. The rooms were tiny and the ac didn't seem to work. There wasn't a bathroom fan so it got muggy in the room after every shower. There is no easy way to get ice at all. It was just very disorganized and inconvenient.
