Enjoy the staff and location. Would recommend.
Cons:My family and I were trapped in the elevator at floor 20 and it was shaking. Emergency button did not work. I has to call the front desk from my cell phone. The maintenance personal was very helpful but no one aproched is to apologize. I requested to speak to the manager and just stated that he was aware and offered a free brakefast to compensate the incident. I asked him to make sure they work on this security issue. Needless to say I am not coming back.
Pros:Excellent location, right in the middle of Reforma, very good places nearby.
Cons:Not very well maintained, the showerhead was not working well, and the safety deposit box was out of batteries.
Pros:Awesome pool. Good restaurants. Everyone at the counter spoke English. Room was very clean and comfortable. Really great location to everything. Excellent deal!
Pros:You are near the main interest points. Free parking and WI FI. Good restaurants. Scenic views. Nice Pool.
Cons:Maybe too high building for some people. Many rooms.
