Cons:Check-in was only available out the outside window, even though it was barely dark, and already freezing. Upon arriving to my room, I realized I was on the back side, 50 yards from the Interstate, and the heat did not work at first. Eventually, it warmed up, but said to call for service. When I told them at checkout, they said I should have unplugged it to reset it. The bed was the hardest I have slept on in years, and the pillows were flat. The room had recently been renovated, but there were wood screws holding the counter top down, and the bottom molding in the bathroom, with a poor tile job on the floor. Only about half of the channels on TV were good enough to watch. The other half had static. Fortunately, I only booked one night, and found other accommodations for my next night in Atlanta.
