Check in was very under staffed. Royce the gentleman who checked us in was outstanding. Helpful,fun engaging and welcoming. The hotel location is perfect close to everything on the strip. The hotel is starting to show it's age.

I’ve stayed at PH before and I can decidedly say that this time was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The pillows were completely abysmal. They had been used and shrunk so much they were tiny squares. We raised several issues with the staff and exactly zero were addressed. At one point, we informed a super rude front desk staff member that there had been a beeping in the hallway that had kept us up the night before. He told us they wouldn’t have known without us informing them and basically laid blame on us. Once we told them, guess what happened? Nothing. It beeped constantly for 4 days. The hotel rooms were not very clean - the sheets had mascara stains on them, and the floors were all stained. I understand we are in the desert but our room was so dry we got nose bleeds. The air conditioner made a very loud clicking noise to the point we were waking up startled in the middle of the night several times. When we told the front desk person he said “oh, I know that sound - almost like someone is coming into your room?” We confirmed. And guess what he did to address it? Nothing. So we spent 4 nights being startled awake several times a night thinking someone was coming in. Housekeeping didn’t show up one day and we ran out of toilet paper and tissues. The man who checked our bags at the valet was very nice. The only good hotel related experience of the whole stay.

Valet is horrible and unsupervised, so they really do not care and are rude. Management inside does not care and does not try to resolve any issues.

When we checked in they were out of 2 bedrooms entirely, even though I called to confirm earlier that day. Then we needed an additional towel and they were unable to supply anything over our 3 days there.

The computer systems were new and it took over an hour plus to get into the hotel. The online service should also explain that a $100 per day hold is excessive.

At least it’s on the strip, but hotel is falling apart. broken lights, broken elevator buttons, broken attractions, all with long lines to check in or out.

Three of my girlfriends & I stayed for 4 nights… No one ever came in to clean our room or empty garbages. We requested additional towels & washcloths that never came; we finally found a linen cart on our floor & snatched what we needed. The cold water faucet on the bathroom sink didn’t work, the entire faucet rotated when trying to turn it on. The pool situation is horrible. Either you get there before 10am to stand in line & race to the pool if you want lounge chairs, or you pay $30 per person for a chair. We won’t be staying here again. Very disappointed that our room was never tended to.

Phone in room was completely dusty. No self serve coffee in room and counter below the tv was dirty under the glass which looked rather gross. Window looking out of room was very dirty as well but view was great!!!

I like the location and access to the Miracle Mile. Our room was great, but house keeping didn’t vacuum. There was pet fur and hair on the floor and on the pillows and sheets. That changed my mind in coming back.

Stayed there and regret terribly. Long lines for checkin. Super slow system and staff. Rooms too far from parking. we booked for 2 queen non smoking, we were told only option we have is to get smoking or one king.. no matter what you book they can change it. not recommended!
