Pros:The location is very good, great pool area and view of the water.
Cons:The room was nice, but the lighting could have been better - it was very dark inside after sunset. The shower wasn’t great but plumbing was being updated so understandable, and hopefully better after renovations completed.

Pros:Just the locstion
Cons:We had no water at all the first night! Was told to walk 300 yards and use pool facilities! No hot water the second day. Safe did not work. Property is being renovated and we were in one of them. Standard of decor was nice but totally unacceptable to have no water! Unable to be moved as fully booked. We booked a room with a view of the bay - was allocated a ground floor room near the road overlooking reception! Was told no bay view rooms available!

Cons:Ice machines work half the time and towels were taken but not replenished. Cable was out and no one seemed to care.

Pros:Clean with a comfortable large bed. Just what I wanted after a day on the road.
Cons:Do not count on their Continental breakfast. Toast, cereal and plastic sealed sweet roll. No restocking and out of everything early

Cons:Dirty room. Grime in the windows, dead bugs in the screen. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were sticky. The original desk person put us in the wrong room, and later we were locked out in the cold winds while the sorted out their mistake. Then they tried to charge us for five extra days. The rooms were very outdated and were nothing special. Avoid this overpriced, dirty establishment at all costs.

Cons:The place is a bit run down and needs an overhaul. Everything from the towels to the showers and windows is pretty rundown.

Pros:The view is beautiful the hotel it Okey little bit expensive but Okey. My room it was very clean and comfortable the staff very professional development

Pros:The property is old but the rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Location is convenient to John Pennecamp and other area attractions. The adjacent restaurant had good food and service and an excellent sunset view.
Cons:The pool was very nice, clean and had enough lounge chairs. I cannot call this a "beach" property. The area that was open to the bay was only about 20 feet wide with man-made walls on either side. There was sand but not much water.
