Pros:food quality was excellent and all staff in restaurant and around pool are extremely professional and hard working, Defiantly use Spa and there is young gentleman called ezgil I think , he is very good , women for some reason wasn't as good as him , we used spa as a group on 3 occasion, haggle the price because they will accept it
Cons:we booked it through getaroom website , age for children was 0-17, so 2 adult and 13 years old child booked 7 days for 1115.83 pounds , when we got to hotel manager was insisting that we have to pay another £350 as a their guidance was 0-12, we actually booked another room 8 days after our first booking for another room 2 adult and child age 6 and we paid £830 although the different on price because child is younger , anyway we had to pay and that left bitter taste to our holiday , hotel relation service was very poor , we went to see her (I think Ludmila) 3 times and all 3 times had to wait 5-10 min while she scrolling through her phone and smiling on whatever was there and then all 3 times lacarte restaurant was full , despite 2 times we went there at 9 she still didn't have any availability . we didn't care that much regarding lacarte restaurant but her attitude toward her position was very very poor
