Pros:The hotel has a really good restaurant inside with a good breakfast buffet. The room was spacious & the heat worked well in January for playoff time.
Pros:Hotel was clean throughout and that’s very important to me. Room was cozy very clean as well. Well taken care of establishment

Pros:Very clean and spacious! Friendly staff as well. Free bottle of water each day, and a large fridge, were nice perks.
Pros:Hotel was very close to the airport which made it easy to get to my flight. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Room had mini fridge, good size tv and nice bathroom.
Cons:Room AC wasn't working. When I contacted the front desk they sent maintenance quickly. Tech said AC was working, but couldn't keep up with the heat from the day. Front desk staff said the room would cool off eventually, but the hotel was full and they could not move us to another room. When I went down to the front desk to ask for a manager, they said a supervisor wouldn't be available until Monday (two days later), and that they would not be able to offer any room discount. Surprisingly, they were able to find an empty room for us which did have a working air conditioner. Very disappointed with the lack of customer concern from the front desk staff. Pillows were too soft for my liking. Hotel has a restaurant but for the rate, does not offer a continental breakfast for the guests

Pros:We enjoyed the king size bed that had a very comfortable mattress and bedding. Our TV had a variety of channels including HBO and Showtime. Also, the black out curtains were perfect for sleeping in.
Cons:We received a questionnaire in advance of our stay that included room preferences. We requested a high level room with a king size bed. Upon arrival, we received a room on the first floor with two full size beds. We then asked the attendant if our initial request could be met and as it turns out there was a room available that met our needs. She did not express concern for the unmet request or issue an apology. Our room was only cleaned once during our three night stay. We had to requested additional towels because ours were not replenished daily. We were going to have breakfast in bed but the room service line was busy for an hour. We tried the front desk and restaurant as well. All lines were busy.
Pros:Clean with a restaurant inside.
Cons:Not much of a complaint but the bed was a little too soft and the bathroom was small
Pros:The beds are amazing, and rooms are nice.
Cons:Location isn't the best, unless you are looking to be close to the airport
