Pros:Nice old colonial building that has been well maintained. Room was really clean and service was good.
Cons:My only compaint is that my room didn't have any windows which wasn't that big of a deal since I was only there to sleep.

Pros:breakfast was good, dinner was excellent, beautiful pool
Cons:Lots of noise from the lobby lounge - atrium style hotels are always noisy and this was no exception. We had to ask several times to have our room cleaned - they seemed to forget us each day.

Pros:Staff was very helpful with offering tours & explaining different attractions to go see in the city. Excellent service! It is was centrally located & within walking distance from many historical attractions.
Cons:There was a fowl smell at times that would come from the toilet...didn't mentioned it to staff, since I was not in the room a lot, only to sleep. All other aspects of the hotel were nice!

Pros:The hotel was clean and had all the basic ammenities you need. Wifi, air conditioning, clean rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the City so this is perfect for someone who wants to walk around and go to museums etc. Overall a great experience for the money.

Pros:This hotel was gorgeous! It was like staying in a 5 star hotel for the price of a motel6. I highly recommend hotel morales and am looking forward to staying here again. It is just a few blocks away from the cathedrals, theatre and restaurants so it was very convenient to drop by the hotel throughout the day. We took advantage of all the amenities- the gym, rooftop pool, pool table, room service and restaurant. I loved staying here!
