First thing you should tell you guest this hotel is part of the Family Promise, which is homeless families living at hotel. When we got to hotel people were being told they were over booked and may not have a room. The two couples in front of us did not get rooms, we did but not the correct room, which they did not tell us at front desk we realized when we got to our room and i tried calling front desk but i could not figure phone out, we had no instruction how to call front desk. phone was very old and had paint on it and hard to read. Then we tried turning on t.v and we couldn't get t.v to turn on, so we pulled dresser away from wall and found a power strip we had to turn to get t.v to work. Internet worked great at first then no internet that night or the next day, they kept telling me they were rebooting. We had no clock for alarm. We sat in lobby and watched housekeeping leave for the day, our room was not swept, Hallways were unreal, food, wrappers, dog poop the hallways were never vacuumed for the day. Something white all over side of dresser i did not touch it. Then to top our trip off. My son and his wife came to hotel to play cards in lobby there were so many people hanging out so we went into the area where you eat breakfast and when we turned light on, we found a guy sleeping on couch. kinda startled us at first then we found out it was the front desk girl's boyfriend her name was MJ. I have many pictures if you would like to see them. I have never stayed anywhere to where i had to complain about anything, but this was bad and i have to say something. the booking problem i understand how that happens and that is out of the hotels control. But the rest of the problems is all the Hotels responsibilities. Our conformation number was 730389762 Room 260 there will be another conformation number because they changed it. Pros:That even though I was near the front stairway door, the other guests and cleaning staff left my room quiet... Which I appreciate as I am a graveyard shift worker.
Cons:No remote for the TV, I went to the front desk... They said 'we will look into it...' and never did anything about it. My room key had to be reprogrammed EVERY DAY as well. The bathroom vent didn't work, and the mini fridge didn't get anything cold... Even when I cranked up the cold to the max.

Pros:Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, continental breakfast was fine.
Cons:Two out of our three rooms had broken shower curtains which couldn't close.
