Pros:Friendly and accommodating staff. Helped us change our car with no hassle at all.Cons:Cleaning of the vehicle. Front was still had a lot of bugs and it looked like there had been something spilled on the inside of the rear ds door, that had only been partially wiped up.Reviewed 23 Nov 2020

Cons:I already explained this - I booked the rental car with a flight to DTW, and instead they gave me a car at the downtown detroit location. They said I could actually rent from the airport location if I would simply pay double the amount that was quoted. I ended up walking to another rental company.Reviewed 9 Jul 2020

Pros:staff was courteousCons:I rented the car and selected "DTW" as the location. When I arrived they said I had actually booked the car at the downtown location. They said that they could give me the same car but for double the price. Since I had a one-year-old with me (and the rest of the family) I couldn't take an Uber, so I ended up walking to another car rental company and renting for them. The overall cost was ~$200 higher, though cheaper than what Enterprise offered. It should be made much clearer to people that when they book a flight to Detroit, the rental car should be at the airport location only.Reviewed 9 Jul 2020
