The staff was very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable.. I can't tell if they were in the middle of remodeling because the paint in the bathroom was a terrible job and needed to be corrected. The floors mostly in the bathroom could stand a good cleaning or replacement. Since I was just there to sleep it was satisfactory but I don't think I would go back.

Pros:Good value for the price. The King bed is always comfortable.
Cons:Have to refill form every visit. I've been here enough that my information should be in whatever customer database they have if any.

Pros:The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. It wasn't noisy. Close to hwy for travelling. Having booked online check-in was fast and easy. Great value.
Cons:The room had a stale Cigarette smell.

Pros:Older motel building but clean, well-maintained, and pleasant. Mini fridge (with freezer) and coffee maker in room. Cleaner than other more expensive and/or chain hotels. Good location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:We had a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes when we got to the room. Also part of the wall was bashed in from the door knob. We have a toddler and it was not healthy for him. Cig smell and bashed wall?! What if it's made of asbestos?

Pros:My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The only other place I've stayed at that would compare would be a place by Disney Resort but it was more than 3 times the price there. When we went, Bend was a winter wonderland. Imagine our happy surprise when we first enter our room to find that the staff had turned on the heater prior to checking in so the room was toasty warm. Everything we needed was in the room, it was clean, comfortable, and it's within walking distance to downtown. The staff was very friendly, even when we checked out before dawn. If we ever visit Bend again, you bet we'll be staying here.

Pros:Clean, affordable, nice staff, and walking distance to Deschutes brewery. Did the job nicely as far as a place to lay your head after a few nights out camping.
