Cons:God awful. Nice staff. But God awful hotel. I can't believe they have a license to operate in this facility.

Pros:It's a good place to say that's reasonably priced and isn't another cookie-cutter chain mote.

Pros:I loved the location and affordability. There is free easy parking, and it feels safe and pretty clean. It was ok to stay for a night or two to get to be in the middle of a really great area.
Cons:The biggest thing that put the fact that it had older facilities over the top was that the shower was either scolding hot or freezing and basically getting it to be an ok temp to shower was only for a second at a time. Something is wrong with that rooms water, I'm not sure about all other rooms.. but it's possible. I would go back to this hotel in the future and rough it for a day or two to be in such a fun area.

Pros:The location couldn't have been better. Short walks to two neighborhoods for food/bars, and shopping, and a longer walk to Piedmont Park. On site parking was a plus too. The courtyard allowed for playing cards with friends and hanging out which was a huge plus. I liked refrigerators included in the rooms also.
Cons:Very small room and extremely small bathroom and shower. I stayed alone and it was hard to move with just me. If I had a companion, the room would have been extremely cramped. The flat panel LCD TV reception was poor...fuzzy, snowy picture.

Cons:Room is extremely small, and the bathroom is even smaller. No elevator, and the stair case isn't easy to get suitcases up to each floor. Hotel is old, and not enough outlets in the room, so charging phones / iPads, etc is challenging.

Pros:The staff was ALWAYS helpful to answer questions and very nice!! The room was clean...
Cons:It was run down, and had NO ROOM at all in the bathroom. I had to get ready in the main room due to no outlets to plug things into in the bathroom. I would not stay there again. We also went for breakfast, and there was bugs in the room with the food.
