The products in the bathroom were wonderful. As I was there from ER at the hospital where my husband needed emergency surgery I bought most of my immediate needs from the pharmacy next door but I did not have my phone charger and a cordless charger next to the bed would have been perfect

Cons:No one told us the automatic call did not work and we had to be up at 4:00 am, at St. Peter's Hospital for surgery at 5:00. Fortunately we woke up, when I mentioned it to the desk they told me we should have called them instead - a message should have been on the auto call. If we had missed it would have been catastrophic!!! Otherwise a good stay.

Cons:The mattresses in the double queen room kept both me and my mother from sleeping both nights of our stay. Also wish that breakfast was included.
