Went great, they even reopened the gate for me when I arrived late.
Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class
My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏
You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again
I'm very tall so the leg room of the seats could have been a little more spacious. Otherwise, everything was excellent
Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.
The entertainment selection itself was ok but the screen couldn't be turned off which was annoying because I wanted to read and not be distubed by flashing lights in front of me. I could see other people having the same problem with their screens. The crew seemed to be too busy to be bothered by our questions/requests. I found the seat quite uncomfortable, especially for a long flight. As a short person, I've accepted the inconvenience of always having seats higher than comfortable, but my neck hurt after a while because the headrest was too high and couldn't be adjusted further. The seat pockets in this plane seemed to be faulty. I could see people near me having the same problem of everything falling on the floor because it kept detaching from the back of the seat. It was pretty useless to keep anything in it, even the menu and sick bag wouldn't stay in. The food was meh. The omellete was just a hunk of egg - my next flight leg also offered omellete but was so much better than this one.
Turkish Airline canceled our tickets in the very last minute, with our luggage and everything else, all prepared and good to go. It’s clear that they sold the tickets for better money to someone else. Bad, Bad, Bad business!!!

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
Crew was good. Seat was worn but overall okay. The infotainment system is outdated and needs to be updated. BA should provide free WiFi for club world/business class passengers.
I really liked it when the First Officer mentioned that we could see Paris out of the window on the left.
BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
Flew business- but plane was dirty, food horrendous. Too many business class seats diluted service levels overall.
Big queues on arrival at airport despite having already checked in and only needed to drop bags off. Flight delayed which impacted on connecting flight.
The update about flights and the terminal changes information was great.
The flight was excellent in World Travellor plus. Well worth the extra money. Boarding at Phoenix was the usual poorly organized event. Very stressful.
Not my definition of first class. No leg room and barely any recline. The food was good. The crew was great. The comfort for the price I paid for London to Cairo was highway robbery. The Wi-Fi didn't work for me either.
Good shuttle to Europe. Face check boarding needs overhaul. 2 stations for 200 people and still with passport check. Why have both? Why is this now slower than 5 years ago?
Connection at Hethrow was horrible..We couldn't get out of the plane for an hour as they were buying people to the airport and there were not enough busses. We had 2 and half hf between flights so it was very tight. After departing plane we had to go thru security again. People with less time in between connections missed their flights
