Great breakfast and friendly staff. Safe locked and light bulb went out in bathroom, both were taken care of very quickly.
Pros. the breakfast was great!
Cons. The mattress was old, i could feel the springs on my back. And the feather pillows were super uncomfortable.

Pros. The location provided good access to Disney, Universal and downtown Orlando because of its close proximity to I4. The property appeared to be recently remodeled. I didn't use it, but the exercise room was well equipped. The room was very nice with a king size bed and sofa bed and a nice hot shower. The temperature controls worked very well and provided a very comfortable temperature. I had an excellent experience with the staff. They were very attentive and helpful with any of my needs or requests. The pool looked great. Breakfast was okay.
Cons. Unfortunately, our room smelled like cigarettes, but at least it was faint. The wifi performance was poor. Signal wise it was fine, but the throughput was not very good. I was barely able to play a Netflix stream. The TV lineup was fine, but HBO didn't work. Perhaps it was just my room, but I was unable to view any content via HDMI which was very frustrating since I didn't want to watch TV all the time.
Pros. this hotel is the best was there during resent storm and they handled it very well could not ask for better service

Pros. This is a super nice hotel and great price! Rooms were a great size for 3 people.

Pros. Youth groups seem to love this location by arcades, playing fields and restaurants. The suites are spacious and clean. Comfy beds and bedding. Good breakfast and friendly employees. Ask for a quiet room if you so desire.
Cons. Busy. Vending machine on my floor was sold out when I needed a bottle of water 3am. took my money. Front desk kindly gave me one from gift shop.
Pros. The check in gentleman was very helpful.
Cons. The breakfast, cleanliness, manager and overall condition of the hotel is an issue. I would never recommend.
