Well trained, hospitable and friendly staff. Fantastic stay in a great location. Gorgeous, well-equipped beach across the road. Clean room and proximity to the beach. The location worth the money, guys from the reception are very helpful, Migros is nearby, Cleopatra beach is across the main street. Nice clean place, value for money and beach is just across the road.

Receptionist behavior, long passport control, uncomfortable beds. Sometimes sewage smell was coming out from the kitchen sink. No drinking water. Very old rooms, the air conditioning did not work, at the reception they rented a small heater for 5 or 3 euros per day! That is, they know that the room is terribly cold and, moreover, make money from it. Very dirty, sheets and pillowcases are stained, no blankets - only blankets. There was no hot water. At first floor, the sewage gave quite a strong smell in our bathroom. The hotel appearance is not the newest one and at first apartment was a problem with shower. But quality for money is great overall. For such affordable price there were no huge expectations towards such things. The stuff in the room are quite old. The WiFi connection is horrible. You can’t open your email box even. The receptionist replacing the owner during night shifts is sometimes moody and hostile to guests. But aren't we all? On the bright side, when he's in the good mood he excitingly greets you each time and calls you "my friend". Some extra staff training or replacement would be beneficial for the property. Taking pictures of your laundry before handing it in is a good idea - you might find some of your items missing and the cleaning lady will say they were never there - probably just misplacing and losing your stuff. Poor WiFi, resorted to using personal mobile data. No flat screen TV. Apartment was dated - need refreshing. Rooms were very cold. The WiFi is not good when the apartment block is full. I work online and had to go out to a cafe 20 minutes walk away each day which was not ideal.

Location near the beach. Good beds. Kind staff. Spacious room. Very affordable. Easy parking. With open window you do hear the sea at night which is lovely. The location of the hotel is amazing, the yard and turtles are lovely. The staff are polite, kind and always ready to help. The clean ladies are amazing. The room was always clean. Excellent position, extremely pleasant host and staff! The best view from the balcony! Great location - across the street from an excellent beach, safe (police station across the street), the owner is very nice and customer-oriented, good and inexpensive menu on the premises. Paying extra for the sea view is not needed - you have a bit of it from any room. Plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. Migros 5 minute walk away. Good location for beach, i.e., falls out of bed onto the beach. The food is good please try the peppered steak wow. Shops are near so are the restaurants, town not too far away, taxis not bad value. Buses are cheap. Location, pool friendly staff. The view from my balcony was straight to the sea. This by far beats all the minor wear-n-tear signs around the room. Well appointed apartment, overlooking the ocean, very near to the bus station and a couple of minutes from a Migros supermarket. The rooms are cleaned every alternate day and it's exceptional value for money, in the off season. Highly recommended.

I stayed many times in this hotel and I'm planning to return again. I always feel welcomed there, the people who work in this hotel are very friendly and they know about hospitality. I believe that the real sincere hospitality is not something that you can learn but it is something that some people have and others don't have. Belle Ocean's employees have this important quality. Thank you! And of course I like the location of this hotel, right on the seashore. It is wonderful to go for a walk or for jogging in the morning. Alanya is very clean, safe and pleasant city. I traveled a lot around Turkiye and I think that Alanya is the best place for long vacations, long stays. The staff made a real effort to make us welcome and solve WiFi issues. The room smelled of smoke when we arrived, however was quickly resolved. The staf was really nice and friendly. There is also a playground nearby for the kids. The room’s were pretty clean and every day a maid comes to clean the room. Would recommend to come. Great location, clean and spacious apartment with plenty of natural light. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the proximity to Cleopatra beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, our stay went as smooth as we hoped. I loved the clean, spacious room and the view from the balcony overlooking the sea would rival any 5* hotel. The location is great and the restaurant, in its own secluded garden was lovely and really good value, they have an excellent chef, but what makes this hotel very special are the friendly, helpful staff, nothing is a problem and they always asked if we were having a good time. We like to travel together, not with tourist groups and the info on the rivers, caves, forests, cable car was so helpful we really appreciated this, (Dev and Ray are the beating heart of this hotel) we have traveled to Turkey many times and associate it with fabulous beaches, blue sea, amazing food and very friendly people, this hotel/apartment ticked all the boxes, we would love to go back and will recommend to friends.
