Pros:
The young woman who presented me the car was excellent in her warm manner, explanation and thoroughness. The young gentleman who received the car upon my return was equally through and gentile.Cons:
Was initially told they were out of cars and I would have had to wait a few hours or return the following day. I refused and they quickly “ found” an available car. Unfortunately, the rental desks at many of these agencies are the most challenging to deal with.Rent@Car
